Helping the guys out on 'Wings of Plague' right now. Doing game art on 'Steam Flyer', and 'Dark Edo' as well. I'm fresh off working as a concept artist on both the Exile-Online MMO project and FlippedBox Studios' new FPS project.. Over the years I've done a variety of freelance assignments in animation, ad-work, production design, general graphic design and concept work. Past clients include PeekabooToys and Namco-Bandai. Currently I do pretty much whatever comes my way as a freelancer. I love challenges and working on different stuff all the time. I also design and produce 2d games in my spare time.

I read a lot of sci fi + mystery(Niven, Hamilton, Azimov, Etc), Cook like I wear orange crocs, I try to keep up with my 5 year old. I'm remodeling my vintage farmhouse, love making music, I sculpt in clay, and enjoy making 2d games.
Star Wars(all), Dune, Outland, Tron Legacy, Blade Runner, Pink Panther (all), Fifth Element, Old Noir Films like 'The Third man', Watchmen, Brazil, City of God, MP's Holy Grail, Ronin, Big Lebowski. Really way too many to name, just throwing out some that come to mind.
Downtempo, Jazz, Bluegrass, Hip hop, Widespread Panic, Digable Planets, Guru, Jeru, really an odd mix of everything....I listen to Sci-Fi audio Books a lot while working as well.
Alex Ruiz, Gary Tonge, James Clyne, Stepan Martiniere, Iain Mccaig, Sam Keith, Christian Scheurer, Stephen Platt, Sparth, Dylan Cole, Rich Bolger, Carlos Meglia, Dave Finch, Norman Rockwell, Vyle, Stephanie Gladden.
I usually start with pencils, pens and markers then I use Photoshop to finish nearly everything. Sometimes I finish work in traditional media as well.
I've always drawn and painted. Since discovering it, I've been really drawn to conceptual art, as it's all about communicating ideas narratively with imagery. While creatively demanding it works well with my constant drive to create new things in new ways. I don't worry about style unless asked to. I just try to focus on bringing the ideas to life efficiently, effectively, in interesting ways while trying to tell the story I need to with the imagery, to get the design or idea across.
